Radar-equipped Sky Bow III could repel J-20: defense ministry

Sky Bow III Missile LauncherTaiwan's Sky Bow III missiles could effectively take down Mainland China's J-20 stealth fighters if equipped with the proper radar technology. That's the word from Taiwan's highest defense authority on Monday.

Defense minister Kao Hua-chu was speaking in the legislature.

"We're still in the testing stage," said Chu. "The genuine goal of the Sky Bow III is to match the Patriot III in terms of performance."
