Russia to test-launch Bulava missile in 2nd half of Sept
Russian Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov said the next test launch of the Bulava seaborne intercontinental ballistic missile might take place in the second half of this month.
"The next test launch may take place most likely in September, and certainly not in the first half of the month," Serdyukov said.
"We tried to control the whole process of the assembly of these missiles as accurately as possible, in order to attain the same parameters.
