The Royal Navy's most advanced submarine will set sail for her new base on the Clyde within days, the Record can reveal.HMS Astute has been described as "more complex than the space shuttle" - and her onboard nuclear reactor means she'll never need to be refuelled.
The mighty £1.2billion vessel has been under construction amid tight security for the past eight years.
