Brazil buys Penguin anti-ship missiles

Today Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace signed a contract with the Brazilian navy for the delivery of Penguin anti-ship missiles and associated equipment valued at appr. € 14 million (MNOK 140).

The missiles will be deployed on the Brazilian Navy's new maritime helicopters.

The Penguin Mk2 Mod7 is now the leading anti-ship missile for deployment on naval helicopters. Over the past five years, it has been exported to several new countries.
