Russian warships will continue exercises in the world ocean, Navy Commander Admiral Vladimir Vysotsky told the crews of the North Fleet group that returned to base from an oceanic voyage. “The North Fleet will have long-distance voyages approximately once in six months. The form of these voyages may differ from the recent one,” the admiral said. “We have enough opportunities and forms to display the Russian naval might.”
“They have done a good job, and we are glad that is so,” the commander told the media in comments on the North Fleet warships’ voyage to the North Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea.
