Is a troika involving India, China and Russia emerging internationally? Rumours to this effect are doing the rounds in the international circle. The three countries have denied that such a troika is evolving. What if the group gels into a team?
Of late, there have been talks in the international community of a troika involving India-China-Russia emerging. Even though all the three countries have vehemently denied this there seems to be some element of truth behind it.
If this finally happens, it will change the contours of the geo-political-strategic positioning and relationship of the Asia-Pacific countries.
