MC-130W takes historical name

When the MC-130Ws debuted last year, the special operations tanker and transport didn’t have a name to go along with the mission design series designation of MC-130W. For short, the planes were called Whiskeys because of the W label.

Now, the plane has a proper name — MC-130W Combat Spear.
