Russian navy conducts missile drills in Pacific

Oscar class (Project 949A) |The Russian navy has completed its exercises in the Northern Pacific with missile launches, Russia's Pacific Fleet said Thursday.

The nuclear submarines Tver and St. George the Conqueror launched cruise missiles and inter-continental ballistic missiles to the targets planted in the Barents and Okhotsk seas, navy spokesman Roman Martov told reporters.

Two small missile ships, Inei and Razliv, also launched missiles to remote targets, he said.
