Parts of a submarine being built in Barrow will be removed to get the damaged HMS Astute back in the water.The £1.2bn submarine became grounded for 10 hours off the coast of the Isle of Skye during sea trials last month.
Now the Evening Mail understands that components to replace part of the right, front hydroplane of the submarine, are being taken from the third of class submarine, Artful.
