Chinese weapons are ending up in the hands of Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, British officials have complained to their counterparts in Beijing.Concerns over lax export arrangements have been aired after Afghan officials revealed more and more sophisticated Chinese-made weapons are being found in the country.
These include surface-to-air missiles, anti-aircraft guns, landmines, rocket-propelled grenades and parts to make roadside bombs, members of the Afghan administration have told the BBC.
